The location was very convenient. It was easy to access nearby attractions. Breakfast had a nice variety of options. The staff ALWAYS greeted me with a smile.
The gym equipment seemed a bit outdated. THERE were limited free weights available, and some machines showed wear. Housekeeping sometimes missed refilling toiletries in my bathroom. The Wi-Fi signal was occasionally weak in certain areas of the room.

The staff was attentive. I appreciated the rapid response to any issue I raised. The gym featured modern equipment, including multiple treadmills. The location provided convenient access to several food options and a nearby supermarket.
I did experience very slight delays at check-in, due to another large group arrival.

The hotel boasts a well-kept swimming pool with dedicated lifeguard supervision. I noted several sun loungers around its perimeter. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It also has a selection of free weights, providing varied workout options.

Staff members consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and responsiveness. This ensured a smooth and pleasant experience (everyone was SO polite!). Housekeeping provided daily service and maintained perfect cleanliness throughout the premises.

fantastic stay

clean rooms helpful staff kind staff
the rooms were clean and always kept fresh (i really appreciated that). the staff were very helpful and quick in assisting me with requests. afzal and chef shubham were particularly kind to the restaurant.
the response time to guest requests was slow. sometimes it took up to two hours to get help opening a door between rooms, a bit annoying.
